CoastFest 2008
2008 will be an exciting year on Quebec's Lower North Shore, also known as the Coast. The Coast will be celebrating from village to village during an event called CoastFest AND MANY OF THE VILLAGES ARE JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM THE LABRADOR BORDER. Mark COASTFEST in your calendar! Through various festivities and cultural events, you will be able to follow in the footsteps of explorers and discover the captivating culture and history of this region. CoastFest will coincide with the 400 Anniversary of the founding of Quebec City by famous explorer Samuel de Champlain in 1608.
